Who owns the commercial spaces?

The commercial/retail spaces are being marketed to ‘9am to 5pm’ professional office businesses and small retail operators.

When will construction start and when will the suites be ready to occupy?

Construction will commence in June 2016 with completions and occupancy scheduled for fall 2017.

What are the price ranges of the condominiums?

Prices start from $155,900 and there are flexible plan options where the junior two bedroom suites can be converted to larger one-bedroom floor plans.

Is there financing available?

Yes, two local credit unions are our preferred lenders offering excellent finance options.

Does every residence have a parking stall?

All suites except Studio homes have parking stalls. The Studios are priced to reflect this.

What does a condo at SOLE l DOWNTOWN include?

A fitness area, outdoor garden terrace and barbeque area are located on the 6th floor of the community. Suites come equipped with refrigerator, range and range hood, dishwasher, kitchen table & bench, stacking washer & dryer, and blinds on exterior windows and doors.

Are there storage lockers?

Yes, there are designated lockers for each suite and secure scooter and bicycle parking.

Is there a new home building warranty?

Yes, each residence and the building is covered by the 2-5-10 new home warranty program.
